During my Christmas stay, I loved the attention to detail at this charming historic hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, with luxurious amenities like jetted tubs and large walk-in closets. The breakfast provided by the chef was a real highlight, with different and original dishes served every morning. I also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance of various dining options.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of personal interaction with the hosts upon arrival. I expected a warm greeting and some information about the hotel and the area, but instead, I found a key in an envelope with instructions attached to it.

The breakfast here was really good. It's only a 20-minute drive to Lake Lure. This place is also close to a lot of local attractions, like the Bechtler House, which is just a 10-minute walk away!😊

What a wonderful stay! the inn was spotless and very comfortable. the breakfast was different and original every morning, and the food was delicious. I loved the chef who made me feel at home, and the fact that breakfast was served at 8:30 made it easy for me to sleep in. Another great feature was the location, which was close to where I needed to be for my business meetings.
